For the 17th straight month, state revenue has missed fallen short of forecast.(my emphasis-SP)And what will passing the healthcare boondoggle do to help this situation? Zip, zero, nada, zilch, NOTHING! Congress and the President need to get off this express bus to nowhere and do something about JOBS AND THE ECONOMY! NOW!! Before the next bubble bursts (see Fannie and Freddie). Cut spending, free up the markets, give us some confidence!! -SP
According to a new state revenue report released this morning, Indiana's tax receipts fell $86 million short of projections. That's up from January's $74 million miss.
For February, the state's total revenue collections were $637 million, a 10 percent drop from the total amount collected by the state in the same month in 2009.
For the three months, since the state released its new forecast in December, revenue has missed projections by $166 million.

This charade has absolutely nothing to do with healthcare or costs, it's all about control. With America being a continent with two coasts and seperated by thousands of miles of ocean and two very controllable neighbors on our north and south borders, no country on earth can do us harm. But, this sadministration is the greatest threat this country has ever known!
